What is Live Link?
Live Link is a way of sending funds to anyone who has yet to create a Valora address, even if they don’t have the Valora app.

Pre-requisites:
Valora must be on version 1.81+ to create and claim a Live Link.
Live Link only works on the Celo Network.
How to create and share a Live Link:
- Go to Valora's home screen and tap Send.
- Tap Send with a Live Link.
- Enter the amount and select a Celo token. Tap Review.
- Confirm the amount. Tap Send and create link.
- Enter the PIN.
- Share the link, or have the recipient scan the QR code with their phone’s camera!
Each Live Link should be saved for later use, as it cannot be regenerated once the page is exited.
How to claim a Live Link
Tap on the Live Link to start the claiming process.
Valora users
Users with Valora will be redirected to the app and see a message indicating that the funds are on their way. Once the transaction is complete, a new item called "Live Link - Funds received" will appear in the activity feed.
Non-Valora users
Users without Valora will be redirected to the App Store or Play Store to download the app. Once an address is created on Valora, the funds will be received.
Error: Unable to claim funds
If claiming funds is unsuccessful, it may mean the funds have already been claimed by someone else or reclaimed by the Live Link creator.
How to reclaim funds from a Live Link:
- Go to the Valora Home screen.
- Locate the Live Link transaction in the activity feed and tap on it.
- Tap Reclaim.
If the Reclaim button is unavailable, the link has already been claimed or reclaimed.
