Troubleshooting phone connections

If a user has trouble connecting their phone number, it is likely due to an issue receiving the confirmation code. The phone carrier, a poor internet connection, or delays in SMS delivery could cause this. In some cases, users may experience a delay of up to a few hours before receiving the SMS.

If the connection fails, the user can resend the code by tapping Resend text message during the connection process or trying again later. To reconnect later, the user can access the phone connection screen by navigating by tapping the gear icon at the top-right. Then tapping on the profile picture and selecting Connect phone number.

A phone connection is not required to use Valora or to connect with dapps. However, it is necessary to participate in rewards programs and to send funds via phone number.
