Step 1 - Go to Valora’s Home screen and tap on the green Buy button.
Step 2 - Make purchase selections.
- Select the token to buy and tap Next.
- Enter the amount to spend and tap Next.
- Choose Simplex from the list of credit/debit card providers. If Simplex is not listed, it may be due to not meeting the minimum purchase amount, the token is not supported, or it is unavailable in the user's region. Another provider may need to be selected.
- Confirm the amount and fees, then tap Continue to Simplex.
Step 3 - Enter Payment and Personal Information via Simplex.
- Enter debit card details (credit cards may incur additional fees from the bank).
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then tap Next.
- Enter billing information and personal details, then tap Pay Now.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
For first-time Simplex users, a KYC process may be required to verify identity. Personal information and a valid form of ID will be requested.
Step 4 - Track and receive crypto
After payment is submitted, an email notification with a payment ID will be sent, allowing you to track the payment status at https://payment-status.simplex.com. You will also receive an email when the payment is either approved or canceled. Once approved, crypto should be received within 1-24 hours.
