To send funds from a cryptocurrency exchange to Valora, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Sign Up or Log In to an Exchange
Users should choose an exchange that supports the token being sent and is available in their country. If using an exchange for the first time, a Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required to verify identity, which may temporarily hold funds. It is recommended to follow the exchange’s instructions to sign up. Researching exchanges is encouraged to determine which one best suits individual needs.
Step 2 - Buy Tokens on the Exchange
Follow the exchange’s instructions for purchasing tokens. Once the purchase is complete, tokens can be sent to Valora.
Step 3 - Locate the Valora Wallet Address
Within Valora, the wallet address can be located and copied by tapping on it. Keep this address available for the next step.
Step 4 - Send Tokens to Valora
On the exchange, locate the Withdraw or Send button. As withdrawal processes vary by exchange, consult the exchange’s customer support or online resources if needed. It is essential to ensure the correct instructions are followed and the appropriate token is sent.
When prompted, enter the Valora wallet address from Step 3.
Complete any additional required fields, such as the token amount, and then select Send or Withdraw. The exchange may charge a fee for this service.
Step 5 - Confirm the Transaction
Once the transaction is successful, a new item will appear on the Valora Home screen, and the wallet balance will increase. This process may take a few minutes, depending on the exchange.
