You can access your Recovery Phrase by going to Menu > Settings and tapping on Recovery Phrase.
Your PIN is required to view your Recovery Phrase.
Your PIN is unique to your device and will not transfer if you switch to a new device. Therefore, before you switch to a new device, you should write down your Recovery Phrase and store it safely. After you switch to a new device, you should restore your account and set up a new PIN.
