NFT Rewards for Invites

Update: We have paused NFT Rewards for Invites.

Receive an NFT reward for every friend you invite to Valora! 

Invite your friends to Valora and you will both receive a special edition NFT. As the inviter, you will receive a Hive Mind NFT, and your friend, as the invitee, will receive a Butterfly Effect NFT.

Here's how you can participate:

  1. Connect your phone number and upgrade to the latest version of Valora.

  2. Go to your Valora Menu and tap on Invite. Select your messaging app and your friend’s contact information. Then send the pre-populated message.
    In order for you to get credit for the referral, your friend must use the referral link in the message.
  • Once your friend joins and successfully connects their phone number, you will both receive an NFT reward in your Valora accounts.

 

How do I know if I have received an NFT?

To get notified, turn on notifications in your phone settings.

There will also be a transaction item in your activity feed. This will be labeled as "NFT received."

 

How do I view my NFT?

You can view your NFT by 

  1. Tapping on the transaction in your activity feed, or
  2. Going to the Dapps page and connecting to the NFT Viewer dapp, or 
  3. Going to your assets page and tapping on NFT Viewer at the top of the screen.

Why did my rewards not show up?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • Before sending the invite, you didn’t connect your phone number to your Valora account. To connect your phone number, follow the steps in this article.
  • Your friend should have downloaded Valora via your referral link. If they downloaded Valora without using the referral link we will not be able to credit a reward.
  • Your friend needs to join Valora and connect their phone number, so both of you receive the reward. 
  • Valora only issues a reward if the invitee is new to Valora. You will not receive rewards if your friend’s phone number was previously connected to a Valora account.
  • Valora rewards the first inviter. If two people invite someone, only the first inviter is rewarded once the invitee successfully connects their phone number.
  • NFT rewards are limited! There are only 2000 Butterfly Effect and 2000 Hive Mind NFTs available.
