I'm having trouble connecting my phone number. What should I do?

If you are having trouble connecting your phone number, it is likely that there is an issue with receiving your confirmation code. There could be an issue with your phone carrier, a poor internet connection, or an issue with the SMS delivery. The SMS delivery could also be slow, as some users take up to a few hours to receive their SMS.

In the case of a failed connection process, you can resend the code by tapping Resend text message during the connection process or trying again later. If you choose to try again later, you can access the phone connection screen by going to Menu > Settings and tapping Connect phone number.

A phone connection is not required to use Valora or connect with dapps. However, it is required to participate in Supercharge and other rewards programs, and to send and request funds via phone number.
