I lost my phone and can no longer access my Valora wallet - what do I do?

If you’ve lost your phone or cannot access your Valora wallet, you’ll need the Recovery Phrase you wrote down when you first set up your wallet. Alternatively, if you have set up Email & Phone Backup and can access the phone number you used to set this up, you can use this option to restore your wallet.

To restore your wallet:

  1. Download Valora again and tap the I already have a wallet button when you open the app.
  2. Select your recovery option:
    1. Manually enter your Recovery Phrase, or
    2. Email & Phone Recovery
  3. Complete your wallet setup.
  4. That's it! You should see your balance and activity again!
